Field Sales Specialist - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Field Sales Specialists is responsible for driving the growth and success of the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and developing a team of high-performing agents. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to establish a robust and efficient network in the designated region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve agent performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide continuous mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to agents, fostering their professional growth and optimizing productivity.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify potential growth opportunities for the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents receive the necessary resources, support, and tools for success.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and implement strategic plans for business growth.
