Field Sales Specialist - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
A Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions, developing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and pitch company products/services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calls, and scheduled meetings to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain benefits effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
