Job Summary:

- Axis Bank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Specialist to join our team in Delhi NCR. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the acquisition of new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.

- The ideal candidate will be a graduate, possess a valid two-wheeler driving license, and be ready to excel in a field sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Customer Acquisition : Proactively approach potential customers to open new Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA).

- Field Sales : Conduct field sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Market Research : Gather and analyze market information to identify new business opportunities.

- Reporting : Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Experience : Previous experience in field sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Vehicle : Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.

- License : Valid two-wheeler driving license.

- Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location : Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region.
