Field Sales Role - Steel (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1.Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling steel products to existing and new customers in the local market.
2.Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the local steel market, including competitors, prices, and market trends.
3.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
4. Public Speaking and Presentation: Effectively communicate product information, negotiate prices, and close deals with customers.
5.Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Sales Reporting: Submit regular sales reports, including sales data, customer interactions, and market insights.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 + years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel sector.
2. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local steel market, including competitors, prices, and market trends.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4.Target-Based Mindset: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Confident Bargainer: Ability to negotiate prices and close deals confidently.
6. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
