Field Sales Role - SAAS (3-7 yrs)

Position : Field Sales/Presales/Inside sales (SAAS)

Experience : 3-7 Years

Location : Jaipur, Pune

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, and account-based marketing.

- Handle client site simulations, evaluations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables.

- Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs to convert them into enterprise contracts, meeting sales quotas and targets.

- Collaborate with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and align with client objectives.

- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to analyze marketing trends, track competitor activities, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.

- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying a "get-things-done" attitude and contributing positively to the organizational culture at Marktine.

Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier institution.

- Proven experience in software sales or SaaS-based products (e.g., WhatsApp AI chatbots, HRMS, ATS).

- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes and meeting sales targets.

- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to service a wide range of client accounts across various geographies, with a passion for client engagement and a positive attitude.

- Advanced skills in driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing Statements of Work (SOWs), documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals, and managing cross-functional projects.

- Sales Tools Proficiency : Experience with executive presentations, advanced CRM systems, and sales & marketing automation tools is a plus.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations effectively.

- Confident and dynamic with a strong ability to bring enthusiasm and a sense of humor to the team.

- Demonstrated organizational skills, sound judgment, decision-making capabilities, and a focus on achieving quota/target-based sales goals
