Field Sales Role - Real Estate (0-15 yrs)
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in sales meetings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with leads generated by marketing activities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate internal teams.
Territory Management:
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to maximize time in the field.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the territory.
Reporting and Communication:
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on sales progress and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.
Travel:
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry-specific experience].
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Skills:
