Job Description : Field Sales Representative

Location : Navi Mumbai, Chennai

Salary : 5 Lac per annum(We can extend the budget according to the experience of the candidate.)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Mandatory Requirements :

As a Field Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for :

1. Extensive Traveling : Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated regions to engage with clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and build strong business relationships.

2. B2B Sales (Pre and Post) : Proven experience in B2B sales, encompassing both pre-sales activities such as prospecting and lead generation, as well as post-sales responsibilities like account management and customer retention.

3. Customer Relationship : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

4. Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends. Utilize findings to formulate effective sales strategies.

5. Result Oriented : Demonstrate a results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
