Field Sales Role - Milk (2-3 yrs)
1. Willing to work in the Milk industry market work starts by 8:00 a.m
2. Need to visit 50 Outlets Daily with productivity of 50%.
3. Need to be son of the soil & Street smart.
4. Need to have basic sales knowledge to increase the productivity, Lines, & operate Scheme in outlets.
5. Marketing activities need to be carried in outlet like POP placements & other BTL Activities.
6. Avg distance to be travelled per day - > Chennai 15Kms & RoTN 35Kms.
Norms for Salary, Attendance Incentive & TA/DA:
Salary
1. For Metro - 7 hours and 50 calls mandatory
2. For Non Metro - 7 hours and 40 calls mandatory
Attendance Incentive
Salesman working as per the above norms atleast for 25 out of 26 working days during the attendance cycle will be paid Attendance Bonus
TA/DA
- Daily Allowance to be paid only if the salesman does 25 productive calls thru Application.
- Productivity Incentive will be paid based on the performance against to the task associated to the individual.
Age Limit : Maximum 26years
- Two Wheeler & Android Mobile with powerbank is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required preferably in milk industy or FMCG
- Must have prior work exposure towards working in secondary Application
