Field Sales Role - IT (4-11 yrs)
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in selling e-commerce solutions. They should have a proven track record of successful technical sales with experience of selling to marketing heads/ e-commerce heads, or IT heads of consumer brands/D2C brands in India. Candidates with experience in IT solutions or Enterprise SaaS industries may also apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the consumer brands/D2C brands space in India.
2. Identify and generate leads through proactive outreach.
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our IT services or solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure excellent delivery of services and solutions to clients.
5. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce solutions space.
8. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring effective communication of progress and sales pipeline status to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in technology solutions, with a focus on e-commerce.
3. Strong network and experience selling to marketing heads/ e-commerce heads, or IT heads of consumer brands/D2C brands in India.
4. Proficiency in lead generation using LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
6. Highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer success.
7. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive internal teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
