Field Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
A Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by visiting clients, prospects, and assigned territories in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and handle customer objections.
