Field Sales Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are urgently looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Representative for our Mehsana region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area.
- Develop strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily field activity.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-5 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable with travel
- Target-oriented
- Local candidates or those with knowledge of the Mehsana market preferred
