Field Sales Role - Filtration Business (3-10 yrs)
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Support regional sales executive.
Evaluate individual performances
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of regional sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, BSC (Chemistry) and Proficiency with Word and Excel
4+ years of Sales related experience in Filtration Industry.
Successful previous experience as a regional sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
