Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue by structured counseling sessions to prospects and converting them to paid enrolment and advise students/ parents for their learning needs through effective online demos
2. Diligently communicate and prime the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls, etc.
3. Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone
4. Present product solutions virtually
5. Regularly follow up with new and existing customers
6. Object, handle and manage different situations during calls
