Field Sales Role - BFSI (2-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and generate new business through face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.

- Manage sales pipeline and accurately report on performance metrics.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in field sales or direct customer-facing roles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
