Field Sales Role - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
A Field Sales Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives, overseeing sales activities in the field, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of field sales reps to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the field.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales reps to improve their skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
