An immediate Need - Field Sales Representative in the insurance sector is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. The role focuses on customer retention, policy renewals, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy selection, documentation, renewals, and claims processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in agency development and Field sales
- Strong leadership
- Good Relationship in his city
- Travel extensively to meet agents
- Proven ability to drive sales
