Job Title : Field Sales Representative - Agency Vertical

Job Summary :

- The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with agents in the agency vertical.

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business prospects within your given territory.

- Build and maintain excellent connections with agency agents.

- Provide product and service information to agents and consumers, and illustrate how items fulfil their needs.

- Provide product demonstrations and training to agents to ensure they understand the products and services.

- Create and analyse sales reports to identify patterns and offer management with input on market circumstances, client wants, and competitor activity.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and carry out marketing initiatives to assist the sales effort.

- Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and other events to market the company's products and services.

- Create and implement sales strategy to increase market share and sales performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- At least three years of field sales and marketing experience.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and forging strong bonds with customers and agents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel widely within the given territory.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll
