Field sales Representative - Agency Channel
The primary duties of a field sales representative in the agency channel may include:
- Establishing and upholding connections with agents and brokers to market the goods and services of the business.
- Putting on training courses and workshops for brokers and agents to help them market the company's goods more successfully.
- Networking with brokers and agents, going to industry events, and looking into market trends to find new business prospects.
- Examining sales data to spot trends and expansion prospects.
- Developing new products and marketing strategies in conjunction with other sales team members and corporate divisions.
- Answering queries, addressing any concerns, and giving agents and brokers outstanding customer service.
- Achieving or surpassing performance metrics for sales.
Criteria :
- Bachelor complete in any field.
- Minimum 3 years experience of field sales or BFSI.
- Establishing and upholding connections with agents and brokers to market the goods and services of the business.
- Putting on training courses and workshops for brokers and agents to help them market the company's goods more successfully.
- Finding fresh business prospects through networking
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
