Job Title : Field Sales Representative - Agency Channel
Job Overview :
- As a Field Sales Representative in the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agency partners, promoting and selling the company's products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners, such as insurance companies, brokers, or other pertinent agencies.
- Develop a positive working relationship, offer product details, and promptly and effectively respond to questions or issues.
- Reach sales goals : As determined by the firm, set and surpass your sales goals in both terms of volume and revenue. Create and deploy powerful sales strategies and tactics to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Maintain a constant eye on your sales performance and take the necessary steps to improve outcomes.
- Present products and sales demos to prospective customers, outlining the characteristics and advantages of the company's goods or services.
- To close sales deals, you must give clients accurate and current information, respond to their objections, and negotiate the conditions.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or BFSI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to forge connections and negotiate successfully.
- Proven expertise in field sales or agency channel sales, ideally in the insurance or financial services sectors.
- With a strong desire to hit sales goals, you're self-motivated and results-driven.
- Possessing the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively Understanding of insurance products, market trends, and legal requirements
- The ability to travel when necessary and a current driver's licence
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
