Job Role/Responsibilities:-
l. Getting the post sale feedback from customer/clients.
2.Customer escalation handling.
3 Communication with brokers regarding the feedback.
4.Legal documentation of post sale.
5.Co-ordinating with the field team.
6.Should have a good communication /convincing skills.
Qualifications Required:-
1. Any Graduate/Post graduate with good communications skills
2. Hands on experience in escalation handling and client servicing.
3. Pleasing personality with good articulation in English.
4. Candidate must be a team player.
