- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to focus on establishing strong partnerships with tuition centers and schools while driving direct student sales.
- This dual-focused role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset for institutional tie-ups, and the ability to persuade students about the benefits of Pragyan.
Key Responsibilities :
Institution Partnerships :
- Identify and approach tuition centers and schools in the assigned territory to introduce Pragyan.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as school principals, tuition center owners, and administrators to secure tie-ups.
- Present compelling business proposals showcasing how Pragyan can enhance student outcomes and the institution's reputation.
- Develop custom partnership models that incentivize institutions to promote Pragyan to their students.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of partner institutions, maintaining clear communication and addressing their needs.
Student Sales within Institutions :
- Engage directly with students in partner institutions, conducting workshops, presentations, and one-on-one sessions to demonstrate Pragyan's value.
- Personalize the sales approach based on student profiles and their specific exam preparation needs.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions that align Pragyan's offerings with students' goals.
- Work collaboratively with institutions to host events and promotions that drive student adoption.
Market Intelligence and Strategy :
- Gather real-time insights from institutions and students about their challenges, preferences, and feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Share actionable insights with the internal sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
Achieving Targets :
- Meet and exceed monthly partnership and sales targets by maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Track progress regularly and report outcomes with detailed data analysis to the sales manager.
Relationship Management :
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for partner institutions, ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships that lead to repeated recommendations and broader adoption of Pragyan.
Ideal Candidate :
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in education, ed-tech, or related industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Pragyan to diverse audiences.
- High levels of energy, self-motivation, and adaptability to navigate a dynamic market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
