Role Description :
Visit merchants and complete assigned tasks. Sign up merchants on our portal and create QR codes for transactions. Understand Company products. Engage effectively with merchants and resolve their problems.
- Mandatory documents (To be carried by the candidate to the interview location):
- Aadhaar Card - Full DOB Required
- PAN Card - Name & DOB Match with Aadhar
- Education details/documents (All mark sheets/degree certificates)
- Bank account details (Picture of Passbook or cancelled Cheque)
- Good to have's (to boost chances of selection):
- Two Wheeler (For Field Visit)
- Android Smart Phone (For use of Apps necessary for day to day tasks
- Only Male candidates applicable
- Age should be 18 to 35 years

This role requires travel within [Over All Kerala] and focuses on building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement :
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Product/Service Presentation :
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product/service.
Market Research and Feedback :
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the internal team to refine products/services.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using [CRM software].
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management team.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
