Field Sales Professional - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Agent.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the BFSI sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to effectively represent the company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a any field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- A bike and valid license are required.
