Field Sales Officer - Paper (0-5 yrs)
- Assessing customer needs.
- Evaluate sales strategies to determine how effective they are.
- Design new sales processes and strategies.
- Sell products using several different methods to satisfy customer needs.
- Follow up on customers. Per day Meet minimum 20 customers, Monthly 500 customer
- Prepare and submit field marketing sales reports to the respective managers.
- Meet sales quotes, better yet exceed.
- Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any service which our company is offering.
- Answering customers- questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customers appointments, and customer complaints.
