Field Sales Officer - Life Insurance (2-11 yrs)
As a Field Sales Officer at Life Insurance company, your primary responsibility would be to sell life insurance policies to customers through direct marketing and other promotional activities.
Your job description may include the following duties :
- You will be responsible for identifying potential customers who may be interested in purchasing a life insurance policy.
- You will need to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- You must have a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and financial goals to recommend the most appropriate insurance policy.
- You will need to explain the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to customers, and answer any questions they may have.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company.
Skills Required :
- Have functional knowledge of factory operations.
- Strong customer orientation & management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
- Good grip on soft skills.
- Should be responsive, assured and possess ability to strike a cord with customers.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
Education Qualification & Experience required :
- Bachelor degree with having minimum 12 years of Experience in sales field.
- Experience of developing new markets, customers
- Experience of working in diverse settings and establishing a connect across varied cultural background
