Field Sales Officer - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads produced by marketing efforts; calls or visits prospective clients to discuss needs and present products. develops links with other potential candidates in the given territory and develops referrals for them. works trade exhibitions for the company in the designated zone.
- Ensures contacts receive marketing materials and price catalogues; responds to inquiries and gathers any further information required by clients.
- Helps customers with ordering details and customizations, offers quotes based on their needs, and follows up as necessary.
- Reviews any queries or worries with the sales manager; when appropriate, talks with customer service, engineering, or production about any special product configurations or issues.
- Follow up with clients after they've received their orders, check that the equipment is set up and working properly, confirm that they're satisfied, and address any issues.
