Field Sales Officer - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We looking for the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area, build relationship, build Liability Book & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell Current Account and Savings Account products to individuals and businesses.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the bank.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, loans, etc.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Generate leads for new business and customers.
- Build and sustain a relationship with clients.
Required Candidate profile:
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree.
- Having 1 year of experience as Sales Executive.
- Age: 21 to 30 years.
- Good Communications skills.
- Generate leads.
