We are hiring for an Integrated Facility Management Company providing manpower for Technical & Non- technical, Housekeeping & Hospitality service & also manufacturing sectors with PAN India presence.
The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- Get the client- using various customer sales methods (door-to- door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management based on your on-ground experience and evaluation
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies:
- Proven field sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
