Field Sales Officer - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities by acquiring new customers and building new relationships with Clients/Customers.
- The Sales Official will be responsible for New Client/Customer Acquisition.
- Manage business relations with existing customers to generate recurring business.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
- The Sales officer is the point of contact for the on boarded service vendors as per the business requirement.
- Mapping of the vendors with the customers requirement and complete the assignment.
- Responsible for demonstration and handholding of each customer in the initial stages of the platform adoption to ensure that the service delivery processes are in place.
- Responsible for achieving on-boarding targets, activation targets, sales/collection targets and delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential customers.
- Act as appoint of contact for attending return requests from the customers and aid in addressing their concerns.
