Responsibilities :
- Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss their products would meet their requirements.
- Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
- Assigning work to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner
- Using insights derived from performance reviews and market research to tweak systems, as needed.Assigning work to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner.
- Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- A good field sales executive will also keep up with industry news for their trade sector, and particularly, keep an eye on company developments for any major corporate clients, through monitoring industry press
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training the professionals Skills :
- Should be competitive and confident.
- Should have good knowledge of the industry and should be good with numbers to be able to work on financial reports.
- A confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
