Field Sales Officer - Bank (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated Banking Sales Officer to join our CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) department. Your main role will be to sell CASA products, meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
Sales : Promote and sell CASA products, achieve sales targets.
Customer Service : Build and maintain customer relationships, understand their needs.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities follow bank policies, complete necessary documentation.
Reporting : Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track market trends.
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience in banking/financial services.
- Knowledge of CASA products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
