Field Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Study Indian sports and arts academies through both online and offline research.
- Make contact with customers to encourage the use of our goods and services and to increase sales.
- Provide clients with usage training for our goods and services, and manage any escalated issues.
- Work together with the tech and product teams to improve and advance the product.
- Create and preserve ties with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Develop and tailor sales materials and offerings for corporate clients in conjunction with the marketing and product teams.
- Assist internal teams in order to guarantee client retention and satisfaction.
- Make a good number of in-person appointments for the day by actively engaging with potential prospects.
- Create and preserve relationships with customers by giving them outstanding service and responding to their questions.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
