Field Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibility :
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
2. Successfully managing the sales team
3. Agent hiring and building a team of Agents
4. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Candidate Profile :
1. Must be Graduation
2. Min. 2-year experience in sales and marketing
3. Local candidates can be applied
4. CTC: 2.75 To 4.50 LPA + Incentive + other benefits
5. Age: 21 to 38 years
