Field Sales Leader - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Leader to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance business through the strategic management and development of a network of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve sales goals and targets within the life insurance sector.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales leaders and agents, ensuring continuous growth and development within the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and performance metrics to drive business growth and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, ideally within the life insurance or financial services sector.
- The candidate must be a local resident with a strong understanding of the market.
