JOB SUMMARY : 

Major Duties :

- Create Weekly plan for college activation based on area and stream.

- Visit and recruit college brand ambassadors.

- Run Brand ambassador program in colleges by organising periodical meetings and events for brand ambassadors and achieving targets.

- Achieve monthly registration and activation targets.

- Meet and on-board Promoters, Emcees and hostess, etc. working currently in different events on Genie On Hire platform.

- Meet and get Resource coordinators to register as Wish maker and help them in understanding how to use platform.

- Achieve monthly coordinator task posting on the portal. Help inside sales team to coordinate pre/post task payment from the coordinators.

- Help Inside sales person on the ground support for coordinating tasks where we are involved as coordinator.

- Meet Event Managers and pitch our platform idea to them. Get their registration on website and ask them to post their requirements there.

Knowledge/Skills :

- Excellent communication skills - being able to make new web based model easy to understand, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions.

- Self-Starter and highly motivated.

- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.

- Need to be on field everyday, and hunger for Achieving targets.
