Field Officer - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Responsibility :
- Recruiting and training competent advisors
- Make sure advisers receive the appropriate instruction on products, rules, and other selling tools.
- Keeping an eye on advisors' performance and documenting their everyday activities
- Providing needs-based training, paying special attention to mediocre performers, and inspiring advisers in order to keep the performing advisors on board.
- Accompany the advisors to client meetings to impart both practical and product knowledge.

Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- It is necessary to have two to four years of proven work experience in any sector, preferably in the BFSI, insurance, or investment sectors.
