Field Marketing Executive - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Accountabilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: In the direct vertical of well-known life insurance firm, lead and mentor the sales team to meet growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Encourage a culture of motivation by providing team members with coaching to improve performance and guarantee high levels of engagement.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with clients
- Hire, oversee, and assist agency partners and their groups.
The profile of the candidate:
- A bachelor's degree
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
- Outstanding capacity for sales
- Being open to traveling to meet with consumers and agents.
- Candidate must be local.
