Graduate/PG/PGDBM/MBA Computer literacy
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
5 to 10 years & above sales experience in FMCG environment, with minimum 5 years at a managerial / supervisory level. Should have knowledge in Modern Trade Retail
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
People management skills / Leadership quality / Motivational skills / Analytical skills / Coaching skills / Customer orientation / Negotiation skills , Good Leadership Skills.
- KEY OUTPUTS:
- Manage sales and achievement of sales targets, in store execution ( Merchandising, promotion, sampling)

- Control expense & maintain the budget parameters
- Job Description - The role is responsible for day-to-day operation in accordance with the channel requirement.
- Major parts of the day-to-day activities includes ensuring feet on street, productive man-days, Scouting & coordination.
- PJP (Call Cycle) Planning & adherence
- Control Promoter & Merchandiser attrition below the minimum level
Effective use of IT applications to drive business efficiency
- Maintain good relationship with Clients & Customers.
- Coordination with the client regional and area teams for all the field communication.
- Coordinate with Client Team and drive the operation smoothly.
- To drive common goals of the business with accordance with the client
- Recruitment, Training & OJT to direct reports and one level below
- Create Talent pool of Promoter & Merchandiser for larger future role
- Finding Bottom boxers and implementation of their performance improvement plan.
- Prioritization of key activities and alignment of the Self & Team working
- Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives.
- Create and encourage a culture focusing on delivery of objectives.
- Continually inspire, motivate and develop people to understand what is expected of them (co-create a team / organisational culture of high accountability).
