Field Manager - Sales - Beauty Product (4-15 yrs)
Field Managers- BA;
- Manage performance of team and 3P, ensure sales target are achieved for their territory
- Manage all aspects of Counter Health and Hygiene through effective use of Migrate Reports
- Call Cycle Planning and Adherence for team
- Drive HHT usage and ensure data accuracy
- Execute all starred Activities
- Ensure planogram adherence
- Updating Masters - store openings/closures
- Contact strategy adherence
- Align with HUL team to close gaps in execution Team Management:
- Adhere to manning ratios
- Support in recruitment of team/3P
- Induct all new team members
- Adherence to delivery of Training Mandays
- Build skills and competencies of team members (BA / BA TL)
- Train, coach and evaluate team members
- Manage performance of team and 3P
- Build employee motivation
- Achieve Perfect Counter Score Target for assigned geography
- Support in separation process if required
- Activate all policies relating to employees recruitment, leaves, salary input and benefits for team
- Liaison with Area Coordinators (3P) to activate all policies for PCs and Merchandisers
- Monitor expenses of team
