Job Description :
- We are seeking both experienced and fresher candidates for the positions of Field Executive, Team Leader, Sales Manager at SROY GROUP.
- Criteria- for -Team leader- must have minimum 10 - 30 FSEs. And for -Area Sales Manager- must have minimum 7 - 8 Team leaders.
- As a Field Executive/Team Leader/Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by promoting our products/services and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to potential clients/customers to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients/customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and market trends
- Train and mentor junior team members (applicable to Team Leader/Sales Manager).
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements :
For Experienced Candidates : Minimum [1] years of experience in a similar role (field sales, team leadership, or sales management)
For Fresher Candidates : No prior experience required, but a strong interest in sales and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in local languages (regional language) would be an added advantage.
- Valid driver's license (applicable to Field Executives).
