About Our Esteemed Client: We are hiring for an esteemed client, a leading name in software development, renowned for their accounting software, which caters to diverse businesses and has established itself as one of the top 10 accounting software providers in India. With over 100,000 satisfied customers, they have recently launched cloud-based software aimed at providing comprehensive ERP solutions. The client is currently developing modules such as HRMS, Accounting, CRM, Ticketing System, and DMS.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client's product offerings, target market, and competitive landscape to effectively position their solutions.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate cold calls to generate interest in our client's products and services, create new business leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, covering pricing, scope of work, timelines, and terms and conditions for potential prospects.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets.
Customer Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other commercial aspects with customers to close deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate and present products to potential clients, aligning with their specific business requirements.
Event Representation: Represent our client at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Market Data Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to understand target markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
Education: BBA / MBA - Marketing
Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales
Compensation :
CTC Range: INR 3 LPA - 4.2 LPA
