Field Executive - Channel Sales - Real Estate (0-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnerships for growth with merchants and other partners for offline sales.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) Network & build relationships with key- people, decisions makers across brands and merchants to win new business.
- Identify and execute sales and activations focused on turning into a household name in the region.
- Be able to drive and convert clients into customer for products.
- Aggressive & Passionate. Takes ownership of tasks and drives it to completion.
Requirements
- Should have a bike as half of the work will be based out of the field.
- Good command over local language is a must.
- 6+ months of experience in Merchant acquisition/retail industry is a plus.
- Strong business development and project management skills with the ability to initiate relationships, assess partnership viability, work through long deal cycles, and close deals.
- Track record of success in initiating, proposing cross-functional projects and drive to implement.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
