Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, attending industry events, and digital tools.
- Support senior team members in developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients.
2. Client Relationship Management :
- Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Learn to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Collaboration and Reporting :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Provide updates and reports on business development activities and market trends to the senior management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and market research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
