Field Application Specialist - Customer & Sales Support - Oil & Gas Firm (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for candidates for our client in Bangalore.
Experience : Minimum 3 years
Job Description :
- Candidate should be a Post Graduate in Biotechnology/equivalent or above.
- Candidate should have min three years- experience in handling Life Science/Biotech Products such as Liquid handling system, Real Time PCRs, NGS, etc.
- Strong Knowledge about Genomics, Cell Biology, Proteomics, Discovery biology and Immunology.
- Hands on Experience in liquid handling Automation is a must
- Good in communication and presentation skills
- Job involves pre-sales activities including finalizing the system configuration as per the customer needs and applications in consultation with the Business unit. Post sales activities which include Application training, wet demonstration, protocol optimization and troubleshooting in coordination with the service team.
- Assisting Customers in choosing the right model for their applications.
- Responsible for funnel building and pipeline management.
- Conduct workshops, technical seminars and user group meetings.
- Contact point for customers and Principals for the business and after sales support.
- Responsible to conduct product trainings to the sales team.
- Accountable to covert the leads in to orders.
- Coordinate and work closely with the sales team to achieve the set target.
- This role involves extensive travelling within and outside India.
