Job description : The field account manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall adoption and retention of products among the customers. The field account manager will be the go-to person for any kind of onsite support request or issues that the customers will raise. Additionally, the FAM will be responsible to market the new features, upsell, generate referrals and testimonials.
Responsibilities :
The Field Account Manager has the following responsibilities and duties :
- Provide onsite support in case of issues or concerns
- Help the customer with the implementation of the product
- Understand customer needs and provide additional solutions
- Market new premium features as and when released and get customers onboard
- Maintain strong relationships with the customers and get referrals & testimonials
- Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs
Requirements :
The Field Account Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in a customer-facing field role (Maximum 1 year)
- Experience in relationship building, selling, & upselling
- Quick at learning the ins-outs of a product & providing support for the same
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Regional Language
- Should have two wheeler and open to travel in and around the city
Compensation :
PagarBook will provide the following compensation :
Salary : INR 20,000 - INR 30,000 (based on experience and location)
