Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their 3-5 years of experience in the local real estate market to drive sales and achieve targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the market trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maximize sales.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.

- Proven track record of 3-5 years in real estate sales, preferably in Jaipur.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid real estate agent/broker license.
