Fibe - Executive - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
1. Strategically lead the management of the customer engagement module to elevate customer interactions throughout their journey.
2. Utilize tools to efficiently manage the marketplace of gift vouchers, coupons, and cards, optimizing customer purchases.
3. Oversee the development and execution of innovative banners, offers, and promotions to drive customer engagement.
4. Ensure the timely deployment of offers and promotions, monitoring their performance, and making strategic updates.
5. Analyze data insights to refine customer experiences and recommend strategic adjustments to product journeys.
6. Utilize platform currencies and rewards to convert customer journeys into transactions thus driving business growth.
7. Develop and implement campaigns for customer earn & burn initiatives to enhance engagement and drive transactions.
8. Drive Customer engagement with new products/features once they go live
Experience and Qualification Required :
