Our company name is Indian money.com ffreedom app it was founded in 2008 by C.S Sudheer sir. Our company head branch is located in Bangalore i.e, Banashankari.

Ffreedom app is India's largest livelihood Education platform with over 900+ courses are their related to agriculture,business plans,stock marketing and life skills.All courses are available in 6 languages English,Hindi,Kannada,Telugu,Tamil & Malayalam. why I am describing about this application means you need to work in this freedom app,we are hiring for Relationship manager telesales.Telesales means calling you need to make a call to our existing customers and make them to take a subscription in freedom app. Their is no targets in sales but you have to do 4hrs of talktime per day so that you will recieve fixed salary.

6. Are you comfortable to do Telesales job?

- According to the candidate's response you inform about the Training period and salary.

- Once you join the company, you will have to undergo Zoom training for 6 days, hence you need to have a good internet connection with minimum 3 GB of data per day. Will you be able to arrange this?

- After your training, you will have to complete your certification to start the job. So in certification you will be having 10th assessments;

- Among those 7 assessment are like MCQ, whatever they will train in the training period based on that you will get a few MCQ questions,

- Remaining 3 assessments are like practical. In practical you have to make 5 people to download our ffreedom app and 3 subscription in freedom application by your reference numbers.

- (This will help us understand how much you know about app and your ability to influence others and convincing skills)

- During training period you trainer will train you everything related to ffreedom application courses and guide you how to clear certification.

7. Do you think will you be able to clear this?

- (Now, based on the response, announce if he/she is selected) - Congratulations, you are selected for the post of Relationship Manager in our ffreedom family.

- Explain about the Salary, Incentives & benefits:

- You will receive Rs 15000 fixed salary per month and this is not linked to your performance. If you are just present for 24 days with daily 4 hours of talk time, you will get Rs 15000 fixed salary.

- In this 15000 salary, the only deduction will be Provident Fund of approximately Rs 2200 and Rs 200 Professional Tax. Hence, you will receive a monthly take home salary of Rs 12600.

- Apart from salary you can earn incentives upto 10000/- to 20000/- based on your sales. You are eligible for daily incentive for every sale you make. Currently we are paying Rs 100 incentive for every 3 month subscription you sell, Rs 400 incentive for every 1 year subscription you sell and Rs 1000 incentive for every 3 year subscription you sell.

- Most of our employees earn an average of Rs 10000 only through daily incentive)

- You can get promoted as a Team Leader within 2 months if you perform well.

- And most important part of this Job is that it is a permanent work from home job.
