Fero - Digital Marketing Specialist (2-8 yrs)
The Role
- We are on the lookout for a collaborative and passionate individual to supercharge our digital, outreach, branding and marketing activities.
- You will be based in our office in Dubai or remote and play a crucial role in developing material to drive engagement and deliver sales results within the overall outreach strategy. You will actively produce a large portion of our digital lead generation and written marketing content as well as support the CXOs on investor relations.
- Your performance will be measured by the achievement of business KPIs (incremental revenue and brand health metrics), successful project management, volume and velocity of new learnings and insights to drive user acquisition, effective collaboration with a high performing team of experts, and most importantly your capacity to create impactful creative.
- You must also have experience in building inbound marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
The Goals :
- Identify the best format and channel for content across different audiences using customer insight, resources such as personas and user journey maps
- Help increase Fero.Ai's reach to global audiences such as investors and enterprise clients
- Know the product and understand via research what are the unique, compelling and differentiated selling points that will position our product offering and drive user growth amongst our audience.
- Create and deliver content in written format across multiple channels (including social media, website, pitch decks, blog, and sponsored content)
- Test, revise, and optimize visual material and content to help uncover the most successful approaches
- Creative content creation for Investor and client relations
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Strong foundation in digital marketing campaign strategy, content creation, and inbound marketing
- Knowledge of Account-based Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, and Social Media
- Digital visual content creation.
- Robust professional writing and editing capabilities
- 4-6 years of experience in a strategic, analytical and creative environment. Ideally with experience at client side.
- You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy against different audience segments, based on research and testing.
- Proven record on creating impactful creative ideas and telling meaningful brand stories.
- Fluent in English, one or more other languages recommended.
Desired :
- International experience is a plus; you are enthusiastic about working with colleagues from around the world.
- Prior work experience in/with marketing teams and/or media/creative industry.
- You're biased toward action. You are a great collaborator and have a - simplify & go- attitude.
- Experience in sponsorship, activation and promotional marketing a plus.
