Digital Marketing Executive
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/JOB:-
To increase brand reach, followers and ensure brand visibility across the digital marketing platforms
IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS:-
1 Build and execute digital media strategy along with manager through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification (Platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Felisha website) including all brands under Felisha Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd.
2 Digital marketing daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act which is shared by marketing agency
3 Monitor all product listing acoss ecommerce marketplaces, out of stock products
4 Product listing and cataloging, designing promotional deals and offers on marketplace channels
5 Monitor company digital media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's digital content
6 Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
7 Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate digital data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
8 Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions if any
9 Addressing comments, Dms and queries on social media platforms
10 Develop, implement, and manage our strategy on digital media
11 Measure the success of every digital media campaign
12 Stay up to date with the latest digital media and ecommerce best practices and technologies
13 Use digital media marketing tools such as Buffer to ensure content is informative and appealing
14 Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors related to digital marketing and Ecommerce
15 Discuss and prepare monthly budget and spends
16 Manage and assist in new product launch and combos
17 Coordinate with vendors for marketing activities
18 Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
19 Co-ordinate with agency for deadlines, brainstrom ideas, proof / copy check creatives and monitor digital media spends
20 Support in all ATL and BTL activities in marketing
21 Communicate with new as well as existing industry professionals and influencers via digital media to create a strong network and maintain relations
